The Nevada System of Higher Education Supplier Registration and Payment Registration ("SRPR") system is provided by the University of Nevada Las Vegas Purchasing Department ("UNLV") for the convenience of suppliers to register as a supplier and to have access to procurement information issued by UNLV and any participating governmental entities in Nevada ("Entities"). The SRPR provides users the ability to register as a supplier, to manage their business information, to link to a third party website to register for electronic payment, and to sign up for electronic notification of bidding opportunities. UNLV reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of use at any time. Supplier's continued use of the SRPR website means that you accept those changes.
TO USE SRPR, THE USER MUST READ AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ON BEHALF OF THE SUPPLIER. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS EVIDENCED BY CLICKING ON THE "I Agree" BUTTON ON THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. SELECTING THE "I Agree" BUTTON ALSO MEANS THAT THE USER HAS READ, AGREES TO, AND UNDERSTANDS THE PRIVACY POLICY AND DISCLAIMER POSTED ON THIS SRPR WEBSITE. IN ADDITION, THE SUPPLIER WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY POSTED GUIDELINES OR RULES APPLICABLE TO THE SRPR WEBSITE. TO PROCEED TO REGISTRATION YOU MUST SELECT "I Agree". OTHERWISE, IF THE SUPPLIER DECLINES, CLICK ON THE "I Disagree" BUTTON ON THE BROWSER TO RETURN TO THE SRPR HOME PAGE.
Supplier's and its users agree to: (1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by SRPR's registration form; and (2) maintain and properly update registration information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If the supplier provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, UNLV has the right to suspend or terminate the supplier's account and refuse the supplier any current or future use of the SRPR system.
Supplier's and its users will have a unique login ID and password upon completion of the registration process. Supplier's primary contact and registered subusers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login ID and password and are responsible for all activities under that password or account in SRPR system. Supplier agrees to: (1) immediately notify the UNLV Purchasing and Contracts Department ("Purchasing") of any unauthorized use of supplier's unique login ID and/or password or any other breach of security; and (2) ensure that supplier properly logs off the account at the end of each session.
Supplier is responsible for all content uploaded, posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available to UNLV through the SRPR system by the supplier or through the supplier's account. Any information provided to SRPR is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in the Nevada Public Records Law, NRS 239.
UNLV reserves the right at any time to modify the SRPR system and shall not be liable to supplier or any third party for any modification or suspension of the website.
UNLV may, in its sole discretion, terminate supplier's unique login ID, password, account, or use of the SRPR system, and remove and discard any content within SRPR, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if UNLV believes that supplier has violated or acted inconsistently with these terms and conditions. UNLV may terminate supplier access to the SRPR system without prior notice and may immediately deactivate or delete supplier's account and all related information and files in supplier's account. UNLV shall not be liable to supplier or any third party for any termination of access to the SRPR system.
SUPPLIER, BY CLICKING "I AGREE," HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, LOSSES, LAWSUITS, JUDGMENTS AND OR EXPENSES, ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF SUPPLIER'S USE OF THE OSSR SYSTEM.
By using the SRPR, supplier agrees that the laws of the State of Nevada shall govern the validity, construction, interpretation, and effect of this website and supplier's use of it. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the SRPR system and its related services shall be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, State of Nevada, and supplier expressly consents to the jurisdiction of said court. SUPPLIER, BY CLICKING "I AGREE," HEREBY CONSENTS TO THE IN PERSONAM JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS AND AGREES WITH THE ENTIRETY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
