UNLV assumes no liability for or relating to the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with the use of the SRPR website. In addition, UNLV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or effectiveness of the information and services provided herein.
SRPR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UNLV expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. UNLV makes no warranty that: (1) SRPR will meet your requirements; and (2) SRPR will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of SRPR is done at supplier's discretion and risk, and supplier shall be solely responsible for any damage to its computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained by supplier from SRPR shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms and conditions of use.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION, UNLV, OR PARTICPATING ENTITIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SRPR SITE OR THE CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES HEREIN, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT UNLV IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
